AWESOME SERVICE ALERT: Dubai Metro's Virtual Transport

As if having a Journey Planner that cost around $3 million to make, RTA (Roads & Transport Authority) unleashed a Virtual Metro!!! Virtual Metro is basically a 3d sim game that allows anybody to explore the entire metro system as a tutorial!!! I already tried this and it's bloody fantastic, and FUN! It is mentioned in Gulf News that it cost the RTA $165,000 to make this in just around 5 months. The game is embeded with marketing polls to collect more info about Metro users. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, and every one should learn from their errors rather than being offended by them.

If you take this post positively and learn from it I would delete it and might actually recommended your business to others, without any need to stress yourself and threaten someone for sharing their story and voicing their opinion.

Fact is most people will take up your product / service out of emotion will find out themselves, if they find it's no good they will comment about it virally if not publicly anyway. Considering that I not only help a few from finding out about it, but from further spreading the word about it probably in much more popular forums.

Trying to take revenge from someone is like burning your house down to rid of a mouse, and trying to take it from someone for simply spreading the word is like trying to bomb an entire neighborhood because by doing this you are not only not benefiting from feedback, but you are revealing the impression that you are not willing to improve, and you are opposing all those who believe in the right for having and expressing an opinion, not to mention ones who believe in the value of feedback.
