I got an email on January 2021 from Kiwi.com about compensation for a flight that I took from Lisbon to Helsinki on November 2018 that was delayed by 3 hours and 29 minutes.
AirHelp later requested me to fill a form but was not enough because they needed the actual ticket. So I used my related Gmail to search for keyword Helsinki (which by the way is the capital of Finland) and finally found it, so I sent it to AirHelp.
The entire compensation proceess took around 4 months; it was completed by April 2021. It took long partially because I did not think I could possibly find a ticket that old haha.
The amount I was compensated for was €260.00 (€400 - 35% Service fee), which is amazing because the flight only cost me around €315 (that's a whopping 85% of the original purchase price!).

There are a few conditions to be met though:
1) delay must be over 3 hours
OR
2) flight cancellations less than 14 days from departure
3) it’s a European Union only flight. EU airlines arriving at an EU airport or flights departing from an EU airport.
4) The airline is at fault. Delays or cancellations where the airline is considered legally at fault.
If you travel / will travel in the EU, just hope that your flight gets uber delayed too :D
